Summary: Client was stopped for speeding. Officer observed the odor of burn marijuana and client admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day. Client exhibited signs of intoxication and ultimately refused to perform field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and brought to the station where a breath test was administered. Client blew a .14% BrAC.
Result: Client pled guilty to Driving to Endanger for a fine of $1,000.00 and enrollment in the 48 hour ASP program. OUI was dismissed.
