Summary: Client crashed his car into a telephone pole, taking it out and wrecking his car. Client was found wandering around by a neighbor who also observed the client throw a marijuana bong into the woods. Client was confronted by an overly aggressive local police officer who leaped to the conclusion that the client was driving drunk that night. Emotions escalated and the client grew hostile due to the officer’s aggressiveness and condescending tone. Client was ultimately arrested for OUI and refused to take a breast test.
